I’m motivated to get out of this cold democratic state that’s closed and burning down currently!!!

I think I heard that somewhere.But being the democratic state we are .. govmit tries to protect the innocent and that is what is going on here.

So I've been watching this extremely close primary race, both on the democratic and republican sides, and it seems like there is no clear winner on either side.

The constant talk by Democrats about abolishing the 1031 is absolute suicide for the economy.

Hi Todd,That's an attractive looking building.Find a good stable tenant, and possibly offer some of the build out needed (if you have to--you may not have to).Just from a first glance, some tenants that come to mind would be:1) Auto Insurance Office.2) Pizza shop, owner operator, take out and delivery only.3) Dental Office (probably with a repaint to tan with brown trim or etc...).4) Dry Cleaner, drop off and pick up, where clothes are sent to main plant elsewhere by truck.5) Daycare, with attractive fencing if outside play area and parking are both available.6) Local Government or local utility branch office for payments.7) Meeting hall for the town Elks, Moose, VFW, Masons, etc...8) Realtors office.9) PO Box Rentals.10) Co-working space.11) Local Trendy Coffee house.12) Office HQ for your local Democrat or Republican or other party.Good Luck!

Socialist Comrade Omar presented to the House floor H.R.1874 "To suspend obligations of residential renters and mortgagors to make payments during COVID-19 emergency, and for other purposes" 3/11/2021 and immediately had 24 cosponsors - all Democrats. 

He isn't loved by Democrats.

You can discuss the pros and cons of the policy but do not discuss your love or hatred of Trump, his genius or incompetency, Biden, Republicans, Democrats or anyone else. 

If a Democrat wins the Presidency and the Democrats somehow take the Senate...there are some Democratic presidential candidates talking about student loan forgiveness for all.
