Buying opportunities in Myrtle Beach area for rental

Hello I’m a landlord north of Minneapolis and not so crazy about this place anymore I’d like to have a vacation rental closer to my family around the myrtle beach area 29576 I hear is a good place to start. If there is anybody who is experienced in the area that sees a way we could both benefit let me know or if you just want to give me some direction and pointers for the area feel free I’m approved for another investment home 250k conventional right now.
