Planning to go back to the same company in downtown Dallas? 

So far, I've reached out to a company called Lloyd Security who appear to be able to help with wifi surveillance and access panel.   

Anyone know of one?  State Farm just told me I have too many houses and have to move on. 

They must be exclusive to your properties ("your" as in the company that employs them).

Thanks,Harish. this would be typical of a larger commercial transaction.. what you can do is pay the appraiser and the Phase one company direct.. its usually done that way.

Prepare financially by saving for down payments, improving your credit score, and setting aside emergency reserves.

As for offering subject-to financing, this is something that can be advertised under 'seller financing' in our local MLS, and there's investors that search specifically for listings with that marked, so that should introduce your property to a new set of buyers that may not have considered it before.

We hope that you can remedy the situation so that we can move into a habitable home.Suggestions that we have to fix the issues:Hire a company to rip up the carpets, treat the subfloors, and replace the carpets, at least on the main level and on the stairs.Provide an air purifier as a start to remedying the smell.Replace the garbage disposal.Hire a plumber to fix the draining issue in the bathroom sink of the smaller bedroom.Fix the tiles in the upstairs bathroom so they no longer present a safety hazard.Replace or fix the screen doors.Fix the gap between the windows and the walls in the living room.Hire a professional company to treat the entire home for pests.

They are not allowed to buy a home due to tax and immigration reasons, so the company gives them a set amount for rent each month along with paying for other expenses.
