Here's where my dilemma lies.

There are many myths in real estate real estate and I want to debunk one right now.Many real estate professionals tell clients not to buy a mobile/manufactured home because they do not go up in value, this is a lie.

She always lies and says “she didnt know” or she didnt break it. 

As much as I hate to admit it, many subs don't...respect women and will lie/deceive/misrepresent things, especially when they know you're new to this type of thing. 

Counter the objection to you earning income on finding them a secondary buyer in advance, not later when the deal fails because you withheld information or lied.

I had previously contacted the landlord and he said they had no problems with her, and this was the 2nd property of theirs she has rented, but apparently, that was a lie because I found the court documents about the eviction notices. 

He said he would comply with the request, but he continuously lied.
