If you are planning on exiting the property within a short amount of time the benefits may not be worth it- I would check with your CPA and/or cost seg tax specialist on it- Michael Blank interviewed a cost segregation expert on his show- episode 23 I believe titled "Save BIG with Cost Segregation for Multifamily Buildings"- they discussed cost segregation on SF + multifamily assets so I recommend checking it out!

I haven't listened to many episodes but it looks like they interview a lot of local to UT experts so that's awesome for us UT people. 

Is it just me or others have this problem, my android app does not have new episodes, the most recent on mone is fron Sep 6th.

Just listen…Episode 283 Paul Thompson - Quite a new episode but I would think everyone would agree this is a top episode.

I love the knowledge but after listening to Brandon speak of his deal with on the $1 million MHP I want to make sure I understand owner financing.This is from episode 272!
