I would suggest beefing up your profile and include a photo for people to see who you are.  

An FHA loan would allow me to get this kind of home without a big down payment, even if I do have to pay extra each month for PMI.Your overall point is valid though: beefing up my credit should be a primary focus during my quest to buy a house.

Second, if I'm sitting on an application that would be acceptable if I trusted them, but I don't trust them because of lack of SIN, then another application comes in that is equally acceptable but they DO have a SIN - any beef with me picking the guy that I trust more?
