For example lets say an agent helps you purchase a property for $60,000 with the listing agent offering the buyers agent 3% commission(commissions are negotiable so I am using the numbers as an example).

I found him rude and arrogant and wound up somewhat amused by his act by the end of the day.I was a complete newbie and probably totally naive - this was the first speaker I had ever seen through our REIA - and I wound up signing up for a weekend conference that was supposedly being put on by a guest speaker who came in for an hour during that day (I didn't want anything to do w/Foxx, but I thought this other speaker had potential).

Since my cc debt is really not that much I can knock this out hopefully by the end of the year, for now I will do some no cost marketing well not really no cost but low cost driving for dollars in my target areas and write a few letters per week to my absentee owners list until I free up the money I am using to payoff my cc debt, we will see how this works out !!!!

Nathan,Taxes are approximately $5000, more like $3900 as owner occupied.Something I left out and is that I am using a VA loan and plan on placing zero down.
