Hi I’m trying to see if anyone else here been in approved status for two weeks and still don’t show the payment amount on dashboard.. or how long do you stay in approved before it move to payment process 

It now has two worksheets: first one is a dashboard and the second one is the raw numbers.The property cost $485,000 with renting each unit for $1,594. 

I found a website called hoah.live that consolidates all the HOA's into a dashboard.  

It says I must have help to cancel and cannot do so on my own via the dashboard.

VRBO, on the other hand, took time to have me send a screen shot to them via email, they got onto my dashboard (with my permission) and figured stuff out.They are both valuable.

After you list words like, landlord, (city, state), renters, the conversation alerts can be found on your dashboard options.To use an old saying....I see you’re in my neck of the woods hahaha!

If you look at the top of the dashboard, go to "Network" then "Events".

I also like that it has an app option as well so you can view your dashboard in a web browser or in an app.
