After having caught the real estate bug from reading Rich Dad, Poor Dad I have been lurking around the forum and following the podcast for about a year. Now the time has come to step into the light and make my introduction.

My name is Dominik, I’m from Germany but living in Sweden. With a background in industrial engineering and computer science I am currently working part time as a software developer. The rest of my time I am using to start my real estate investment career.

I am currently looking at developing student rentals in Uppsala, Sweden by using shipping container apartments.
