At 50% occupancy, you'd need $166/night.Just quickly looking at the other VR's around the area, their scheduled occupancies aren't incredibly promising, nor are the prices.

Be sure to get insurance that is specific to VR - they can be very expensive - we insure all ours with CBIZ which was significantly lower than all other quotes.

I've done extensive research and looks like tourist areas in San Juan are the ones with the most demand for VR(vacation rentals) in Puerto Rico.

As a matter of fact, most of the VR management companies here are so overbooked they're having to borrow homes from other management companies just to be able to host the demand for their vacation rentals.
