So far we have not been able to locate any VIN on the Trailer and there is no title.

But first you should run the VIN/ HULL number.

Hi @Brenda Mercado Baez -1) I don't know the FL market, so I won't try to comment on the best approach as it relates to SF and MF properties.2) The number of properties that you can identify depends - take a look at this article about the identification rules - it does a better job of explaining the options than I can. 

Sellers can try to reprice (renegotiate) if they think or find out that you identified their property in your 1031 Exchange and are past your 45 calendar day identification deadline. 

When there are multiple relinquished properties in one 1031 Exchange the first closing will trigger your 45 calendar day identification deadline and your 180 calendar day exchange deadline.
