Mobile Home on Private Land

I could use some help. If anyone has dealt with this before or if you have any resources that could help please let me know.

So I am buying a Mobile home that is located on 1/3 acre of land. It has a permanent foundation and the owner bought it with a foundation. The owner does not have a title for the trailer and after calling the county recorder and assessor, I have found that neither could find any record of an affidavit of affixture. My real problem is that I need to know when the mobile home was manufactured. So far we have not been able to locate any VIN on the Trailer and there is no title. I know that when getting a loan the trailer must have been manufactured after June 1976 but how do the loan companies find information about the year built? And how would I be able to find that information.
