(Sorry for the delayed response, wife had surgery a couple weeks ago and life has been crazy)

Keeps saying that the bank lost their money, will pay me soon, husband just had major surgery so he is not working and they dealing with health issues..Thanks

My day job is general surgery. 

At first this response from the property manager seemed overly harsh, but I've learned that the tenant is being manipulative, telling the PM she had surgery but today posted on FB that she was working.

I'm pretty sure my cardiologist, surgeon, and other personal that worked in and out of the surgery room, didn't get their education through on the job training...and I can't tell you how happy I am that they did.    

Recently I had a tenant that had heart valve surgery, she is living in a fixed income and I had to work out a payment plan over 12 months to accommodate her in this difficult time.

With my mother's ashes we even found the screws and pieces to her ankle surgery and from her hip surgery when we spread some of the ashes. 

I am in radiology, specialize in Vascular surgeries.

Major surgeries and the like usually cost a lot of money and I used the HDHP to cover those (luckily, I didn't need any major surgeries).

Current credit score for me is around 680 - wife is around 740 (I had to max out 2 credit cards for a surgery :( for my poor dog)  I expect to pay them off within the next two months.
