I think you owe your client - especially those who are new to real estate - the duty to help them find the house that is right for them, whether it be traditional sale,Unless you are voilating Fair Housing Laws (Descrimination based on: race, color, religion, sex, handicap, familial status, and national origin; blockbusting; steering), I don't see any legal obligation to show a property or obligation to do business with a potential client.

lets put some context to this.. the average American citizen looking to buy a home to live in or for a rental will have their loan app go through one of the software programs.. no where in those software programs is it mandatory to disclose Race religion etc.

As a result, I have a better understanding of who I'm dealing with as a seller, buyer, and landlord.My college education gave me access to many people of different races, color and religion from around the world. 

In comparing the forum to religion or some religious or cultic experience - it is true that there are the zealots who are SO flippin' POSITIVE.

Potential renters and home buyers cannot be treated differently because of their race, color, national origin, religion, sex, disability or familial status.
