This time in quarantine has me rethinking a lot and I’d like to pivot heavier into real estate.

I think that renters are still looking to move for all the normal reasons and, on top of that, you've got a whole new market of apartment dwellers who are going nuts in quarantine and finding apartments are not the best for weathering a drawn out pandemic. 

There's a local Montgomery Real Estate Investors Club but they haven't met since the quarantine.

Sorry, you can’t come right now.“ My state just eliminated the 14 day quarantine when coming into the state.

I am personally using this time of quarantine to save money and will be waiting until restrictions start to lift before I get in to owning a rental.

The entire city and the world as we know it are on lock down and many people are suppose to be quarantined. 

Probably do 2 week intervals for each tenant brought on as some form a quarantine.

So far, the quarantine has not effect my tenants' ability to pay rent. 

We do need to get some repairs done and paint but she will not show until the Corona virus quarantine has been lifted. 

I'm new to the area and quarantine has limited my ability to network face-to-face, so I've decided to take to BP!
