Hello Bigger Pockets!

I am new here on the forum however I have been into the podcast for a while. A quick bio, I currently own 4 properties (2 single family homes and 2 duplexes) and while one of the duplexes has been a headache the other 3 properties have been great! Up until recently I was working in the music industry and I was fortunate enough to be performing and recording with some of todays popular artists. (I’d like to keep the names off of here for now :) ). This time in quarantine has me rethinking a lot and I’d like to pivot heavier into real estate. On top of the 4 properties that I rent out I also have money in rootstock , the stock market, cyptocurrencies, farmland, and a decent amount still sitting in the bank looking to make some real estate moves with. I currently don’t want to work with a lender, I’d love to chat with people or find a private lender. I would love to make connections on here and get some work done!
