Has anybody ever had this happen?   We started out thinking that a good way to start REI would be to buy a small SFH in a nice area.  Then at some point felt that maybe a MFH would be best... for obvious reasons.  Now...

I can’t tell you how many SEC 8 voucher holders call us and say they are porting from another state and want to rent our house.  

That paid off primary is a port when the storm catches up.I'm not the brightest candle on the cake so I was totally surprised at how leverage happy my wife became when we paid off our primary residence. 

I want to work, study, and enjoy the city so I’ll never be home but I do want a clean place with 1 garage port or at least a driveway. 4bed and 3 bath enough for 3 other tenants .

I'm still learning the area and applying to get on the Prince George county FD.

We live in the New Port Richey area and looking for events in the Tampa Bay market.

I would highly recommend buying in the path of progress (West Kensington, Port Richmond etc).
