When our fledgling country was just starting, they made the same mistakes we're making today and the dollar (continental) became nearly worthless.

Most even slightly successful people are delighted to talk about their success, but no one likes to cast pearls before swine.Personally, it also irks me to deal with young people who have no obvious reason to invest in real estate, beyond scratching a general itch to make more money in order to spend more money on improving their lifestyle.

I don't know about you, but I can promise you that I'd make it anywhere in the continental US on any day they wanted for $60k.

If you are looking for something in the b-c+ area, pearl/meigs depending on what part you are on will do that for you (however at that point you are just as well off investing in any other city in terms of cashflow to cost per unit).

San Diego has arguably the best climate in the continental United States and that is not changing any time soon.
