Hi all I have been investing in Australia and the Philippines for the past 15 years.I lean towards buy renovate and rent , but also looking at renovate to sell as well .My wife and I have  7 rental properties and  2 commercial properties  we also have some experience with renovating properties (3  so fare ) and we have done ok doing the work ourselves.

Hi everyone...my wife and I have recently moved here from Australia to join friends in a fledgling house flipping business.

I’m not sure the “Pacific Ocean factor” really matters people invest from Australia, Japan, Brazil, etc. as long as you have trusted partners you can make it work whether turnkey or not.

Is there something special going on in Western Australia regarding real estate investment?

My real estate career took off in Australia from 2012-2015, specialising in luxury new developments.
