Hi, I am a newbie looking to setup a LLC and EIN from Sydney, AUSTRALIA. Please let me know if anyone can help me. I am not sure which state is better for setup. I am looking for least expensive option. Is possible to get loan for overseas investor? How to setup bank accounts remotely?
