I know the gentleman meant well, but I strongly have to disagree.Why do people constantly think home sellers are this magical mysterious creatures that work very very differently fro you and I?

@Rob Bianco I think a lot of the mystery around real estate taxes in Chicago is just lack of education.

For example, if they are a sex offender or they just got out of prison two weeks ago for murder, that would be an automatic denial.

You do not need to do a search for said mysterious company n-i-k-e and verify legitimacy.

Tell them “Murder She Wrote” is no longer airing in your area.

It's just a mystery that no one would want to sell it, especially if they are making payments on it.

That's where more of the mystery comes in.The reason I tend to trust turnkey properties, from providers I'm familiar with, is because their stuff tends to be very standardized and they have a particular buying criteria right out of the gate so I know they won't be in certain areas and may be more focused on other areas, etc.

Someone was actually murdered in that parking lot while I was living there.
