Peter Vekselman himself is a joke and his partner Julia has no idea how real estate works, they sell this software and business model which leaves users in middle of nowhere and then they do not have a refund policy, any program who has no refund policy is basically a scammers group.

You know whether people like to live to the east or west side of town, or want a walkable neighborhood more than a car-focused living experience, or more house or nice finishes, then you will probably be fine in any of those markets.  

Is it at least east of US 51?

That range is usually listing agent heavy, meaning not a lot of people have commercial buyer's agents in the middle.

East Ellijay = No STR AllowedDowntown Blue Ridge = No STR AllowedWhite County = Special Use Permit (YUCK) - Helen city limits is the exception, STR allowedPretty much all of the other counties are STR friendly or don't have an ordinance (Yet), but everything I'm hearing is positive, so...I'm not too worried. 

I serve several hundred clients that all purchase remotely here in the southern/middle part of the country.

@Justin Brickman, I have an Ideal 5 Br, 2.5 bath in North East  SA, that would work great for Midterm/short Term rental that  I am looking to sell. 

Owning random land in the middle of nowhere won't do much for you other than cost you in property taxes.
