Sometimes everything seems to happen at once (I had to repair a furnace, replace a dishwasher, washing machine and fridge in one year at one place-all appliances were original to the home and 3 decided to quit at the same time).

These systems issue a laundry card to the tenant which they touch to the machine to buy a cycle.

water, sewer, dump station, wash station, tire covers, monthly check up service (tires, doors, plug in, propane tank fill, inside motion sensor alarm, etc).  

Building also has a commercial kitchen and laundry area.

I would get rid of the laundry or let them do it for free.

Does the property lend itself well to other income streams - paid laundry, storage area, or carports for example?

In this higher rate climate it's basically a wash between investment vs. secondary.

If this real estate agent represented you, why was he/she sharing applicant info with other applicants? 

I would call it a wash and just sell it now.
