I also started creating a Kijiji ad, but am having issues uploading pictures to it so I will have to attempt that one from home.I already have a showing setup for Thursday and possibly another one for tomorrow... may push it to Thursday as well just so I am not disturbing the tenants any more than I already have to.

If a dog damages the property or disturbs other tenants they should be financially responsible just like someone would have to install and then later remove their own grabs bars or accessible fixtures at their own cost (at least in CT).

We might disqualify someone based on misdemeanors if they are excessive or disruptive in nature - i.e. disturbing the peace, non-felonious intentional property damage, etc.
