If you can get it rented in December that would be a good transition point for families with kids.As for PMs, I'd suggest Will Butler at Butler Property Management, He and his team are good and they manage three units for me currently (Plano and Lake Dallas).

I'd love to hear your opinion on the area south of 42nd St in Butler-Tarkington, especially if you are active in that part of Indy.
