Hello BP Community,Does anyone have any experience with the rental market in the Delray Beach / Boca Raton area ?

Might be a better option and less DTI issues than trying to get two mortgages in a row.Also I'm very familiar with Boca Raton.

@Maya W. because of the great I-95 migration many business practices of NY/CT have made their way to the east coast of FL and in particular Ft Lauderdale and Boca/palm beach etc.One of these practices is that of attorney representation and attorney closings. 

If you haven't already, its very useful to set up your keyword alerts to include phrases like "south florida", "boca raton", "buy and hold" or any other locations/ topic.

hi everybody .am real estate agent from ny and am attractive to Florida market and am interested with rental market  . can somebody tell ,me where is the best place in Florida to invest in  .i start in Bocca Raton with 3 condo and i wanna expand in other city . and i would like somebody advice me with the hottest place for rental business.

Miami isn't Boca and Boca isn't Naples and nothing is West Palm Beach. :-)
