Newbie from Boca Raton, Florida.  My name is Steve Feit.  I forget how I found this forum but I am very excited to get involved. I have been investing in real estate since 1990   I had a few potentially bad experiences when working with realtors so I decided to get my license.  That was around 1996, then  several years later I went back and earned my brokers license as well.  I do not practice real estate brokerage. i have only used it for my own deals.  Real Estate is a passion of mine.  Most people I have interacted with when doing deals are extremely bright and make it interesting and enjoyable.  I am excited to be part of Bigger Pockets.  I hope to give back more than I take. I am also trained as a Prosthodontist and started my own office from scratch back in 1991. I am involved with dentalShift which is a consulting firm that helps businesses change their culture and become more productive and profitable and less busy.  One of my partners is a co-founder of FedEx.  He is a genius.  I have renewed my commitment to invest in real estate and am looking to do many income producing property deals.  Thanks for reading and I hope to interact with you sooner than later.  Respectfully, Steve
