We are about 20 minutes away from Augusta GA, which many of you probably know hosts the Masters tournament in April every year.

I have studied several areas in central Maine and feel there are several properties that could be a great deal, but would like to know how other investors have been fairing in the Waterville/Augusta/Mid-Coast Maine area.

I'd strongly suggest you start researching RE in Hinesville or Columbus, I guess you could be going to Augusta, too.  

I'm about to move down to the Augusta, Columbia county area of Georgia for 6 months for work and plan on buying a piece of property while I'm there.
