I used a credit union to buy a couple properties under 50k in Lansing, MI

I have a non-owner occupied investment property in Lansing, IL and am looking to do a cash out refinance on this property.

@Felicia JacksonWhen I first started investing I researched Flint, Detroit, Mount Clemson, Lansing, Saginaw, Port Huron, and Pontiac, all the lower end markets in Southern Michigan.

I also invest in Lansing, the cost of entry is lower and is more of a Cashflow market.
