Best Turnkey Cities To Buy $50-$60k SFR

Hi, I’m looking to getting started in real estate by investing in out of state turnkey rentals.

What are the best turnkey cities to invest in? What are some of the best, most reputable and reliable turnkey providers?

Anyone knows markets/turnkey providers that have SFRs around $50-$75k, cash flowing $100-$200 a month? Thanks!

     If you're looking for these in Cleveland you'll find them. Make sure you understand the risk profile though. Take a look at The Ultimate Guide to Grading Cleveland Neighborhoods for more info on what exactly you're getting when you buy something.

    The city of Detroit you can get in $30-40k.
