BRRRR is often used as a rental income building strategy… I’m wondering, why couldn’t another R be added to adapt it for flipping?

If not I can adapt what other investors do with properties that are out of state.

I am confident but not arrogant and the level of humility allows to ask question and adapt at will.

Studying their marketing and advertisement as much as you listed to the other stuff and see how you can adapt those marketing techniques for yourself.

Different investors will have their own set of documents that they like to use and you can adapt theirs or add bits and pieces to yours.

I have to filter for : resilient, smart, adaptable and willing to work through any problem.

I'm a city boy with country roots, so while adapting to the area has been somewhat challenging, it's nice to be out of the hustle and bustle of the city.
