Technological guy is taking over everything so be involved with it as much as you can.  

I'm in project management, I find the appropriate contractors and then manage projects, use technology to its fullest, and help with team building, etc.  

Hey there - I run a small software business and have been thinking about how to best re-invest some of the profits.On the one hand, software/technology is probably a bit higher growth than real estate in general, and maybe I could see a higher ROI by re-investing in the business.  

I'm not an IT developer, more of a sever/systems guy but I use technology to keep me straight with my investing.

Any other state LLC will have the complication of registering that LLC in the state of IN and probably pay tax there and CA as well (apart from the formation state).As far as I know Delaware LLC is good for the tech industry as they have a good judicial system and better understanding of technology.
