Question for Cozy Reps and users.

I'm trying to set up rent collection through Cozy and only use it for Rent Collection not to manage my property.  It's forcing me set-up an entire lease and tenant profile and send them a e-mail.  Is there a way around this process?  I just want my tenants to be able to cozy and set up their own account without me setting up a lease through Cozy.  is this possible?

@Account Closed "Going by" and collecting rent is possibly the worst way to collect rent.  Depositing rent directly into your bank account will screw you down the line if you ever need to send a 3-day notice.
