Flipping at a distance

Looking for tips on building a team for flipping homes from a distance.  Would appreciate to hear from others that have built flipping businesses at a distance.  Thank you.

    I have heard people doing LD flips. In my opinion always better to be hands on and near the property to visit and be on top of contractors. A lot more can go wrong when not on site.
