I'm planning on visiting the area again soon and touring neighborhoods more purposefully, and then working with a good local agent on the ground to submit at least 3-4 offers a week.I was planning on looking around these areas hopefully - close to the base or close to the new Google data center.

In some of my favored markets, I may go the investor-friendly realtor route this time.Locally, we are touring 1-2 properties a week, and I may start marketing locally too.Anyway, I share all the detail because I have a plan on paper, but I am not convinced even "turnkey" is as simple as picking a partner and handing over the cash.

I checked public records and 3 of them are owned by Chase and 2 by Fannie Mae.One of them we toured, the previous owner is finally moving out after holding out for about a yearafter the auction.
