-tonight is Monday and the code officer is in office (I need to get some more answers and clarifications for land use)-set up a planning board meeting with commity (to further see what i need to do and if i can do a cluster development.)Project 3 (my farm land that i want)-all the above will help that-write up pre qualification mortgage loan ap and see if i can go that route.I think that is all that i CAN do today, but these are all steps closer to that vision.

Tonight in Birmingham, we are having a gathering of real estate investors of varying experience from beginner to very experienced.  

A lease option is actually the cleanest, though again, that huge down payment certainly makes it look like a loan rather than a lease, and probably precludes a simple eviction.I will be talking with the buyer tonight.
