I was trying to prove a point that many of us who do have them, pay them...Sorry.. i got sparked up by Matty's post about CNBC & some of the comments there....

In OKC, the REIA has very much an "in group" feel... takes some work and persistence to get any meaningful attention.  

There is no meaningful regulation of any type.

Not only are there a wide variety of solutions to problems that have worked for people, but sometimes these can spark other insights.A thread can get quite long sometimes but still there can be other insights that new readers can bring.Like you said some of the best threads are when experienced investors have differing views that they present.

This initial investment was the original spark that began my passion for real estate and BP helped me recognize that passion and drive.

I work alot of hours already so getting any type of meaningful seconf job is not an option.

You can't stop a tenant from bringing in their own roommates if their space legally can accommodate the extra people (and there is NO enforceable occupancy limit if you rent a single family house),  and you can't meaningfully screen those roommates.   

@Salvatore Lentini I’m in college right now and have considered dropping out (the past few months) to pursue wholesaling full time as it has sparked a new interest.
