We use Bill Cooper Jr of State Farm for insurance on our rentals. 

I had all my notes with them as Client Managed, and they were not cooperative in working with any of my self appointed attorneys. 

I want to know if anyone can give me some advice as far how to find builders who are willing to cooperate with certain types of construction loans.

Cooper is unfortunately expensive and going up everyday.

I know it is a little more complex, but I believe this is the proper way to set up a cooperation that will keep you ethically and legally out of trouble.
