Hi Patrick.We're concentrating our search in and around Humboldt Park, up the avenue to Logan.  

There are major advantages to a larger concentration of units (more units per building) but the mistakes are a lot more costly as are the general operating expenses should something not work out just right. 

My first suggestion is to pick one, just one thing to pursue, at the start just concentrate on that.

This area houses the largest concentration of boarded/abandoned homes.

Right now I am concentrating on Indianapolis.
