Maybe Nebraska is building a lot faster than California?

I have about 30 SFR in Houston area--20 in NE and the rest scattered among the suburbs.I'm looking to switch my make-ready company.The basics: General repairs, fixing up/touching up a house after move-out, painting, etc.

You can file a protest with the county board of equalization on the tax assessed value (it might have a different name in Illinois, but that's what it's called in Nebraska).

I'm based primarily out of GA but will be establishing an expansion center in NE TN in 2017 (working on licensing through reciprocity at the moment).

This deal is in Nebraska and I can't find a title company willing to double close; even the "investor friendly" title company I was recommended said there's too much liability on them if they double close and they are refusing to do it.

Probably doesn't sound like a lot, but we live in Nebraska, and the prices are relatively low.How would you use this money to scale as fast as possible?
