I was merely thinking that in the Boise +10% annual appreciation story/opportunity.....the rewards would greatly outweigh the risk, and the "expected returns" justify a Mr.

On one hand, it is much more comfortable sitting in my easy chair at home, watching a Zoom presentation mere minutes after dragging myself out of bed.

Buying her house and letting her rent it will be the target regardless of any break in tuition as this will help her offset the costs long term.I was not trying to cheat the system, merely trying to figure out that how this native born Coloradian would like to return home, be a resident again, and going to college full time does not seem to work without domicile, so a property might be the ticket.I'm going to pursue this topic more as it does not hurt to help her setup her new life in Colorado and allow her to try to come out of college without 160K in debt.

I was just asking this question because I wanted to do full disclosure with listing agents but have heard conflicting advice on whether I should say I am in wholesale.If i get any vitriol from anyone, that is merely a reflection on them. 

I'm not looking to circumvent the rules at all, merely trying to see if wholesaling deals false under commissioned income.

I would be cautious, however, as mere ownership of a property doesn't let one go in to that property whenever they want and remove objects placed there-on.
