I just assumed that the seller was issued a writ as the result of a quiet title action (as I don't have experience with quiet title actions, so I don't know what form the judgements would come in); because what other type of action would her attorney have taken to resolve the wild deed?

We did file a notice of judgement though - so if they ever have any assets we could attach to we could possibly do that down the line.

The 27 dollar judgement, then forwarding said judgent form to section 8 case manager is usually all you need to do to get someone on section 8 to pay you what they owe.......and boy is that waiting list to get a section 8 voucher looooooooooong, good luck reapplying
