Columbus has a huge chip processing plant being built on the east side so that would be a good target area to look at investing if you can. 

Remmington Arms and Polaris also just opened plants, and Boeing already had a huge presence there as well as Toyota.  

There's no reason why someone like yourself should be planted in an office for eight hours when potential clients will only need your services for a couple of them.

It was at an asphalt plant and I made good money, usually around $850-1000/week, depending on overtime, etc.

There are plans in place for some retail development and they're going to hopefully be shutting down that plant by the marina.Looks like you'll be spending most your time on the beach in Nicaragua though... smart move.

ConEd used to sell excess steam (byproduct) when it "bought out" the plants from NYC itself - it does not do so anymore, as far as I know - this was the cheapest heating option at the time and is still used in Europe extensively esp where it is cold!

This is no different than the tenant going out of the country for a month and asking the neighbor to come over twice a week and bring in the mail, water the plants, and make sure all is well inside the home.

This is also the location of the world's 2nd largest solar generating plant.
