The loan was approved, so the builder submitted the permits, survey, appraisal, etc.

Also, (if anyone from Note School reads this), it would be great if the management offered a feedback survey to the attendees to get input on improving the agenda/content. 

From a practical standpoint, if you show your neighbor a survey showing his fence encroaching on your land, he should be okay signing a document acknowledging your ownership.  

So if the city continues to be STR friendly and the downtown continues to grow. 29 and Wonder Valley have a bright future, but you can't go wrong with any, 29, Jtree, Yucca Valley. 29 City Council just released a survey of development plans.

To make a long story short the issue is that the county records where screwed up with a eligibility of a hand written survey from back in the 50's and a few years ago they re surveyed and now my house is roughly 2 feet on the neighbors.

An investment partner thinks we need to have a survey and architectural drawings done in advance to finding a builder.
