If you're open to other markets I'd also take a look at Detroit.It's been getting more attention lately and not the over saturated eyeballs I'm seeing in Ohio (no offense to the myriad OH agents here).I like to stay ahead of the crowd and I own 12-doors in Detroit proper that have done extremely well on both a cash flow and appreciation standpoint.

You're free to continue supporting massive government overreach into the lives of autonomous citizens None of us mean any offense and Mr Hamling certainly does not need me to speak for him....but here I go anyway.If you go and read his posts (and mine) you will find a couple guys that would hardly be considered supporting Govt/massive overreach/pro-Govt/etc.But his Hilton analogy was correct and the concept is clear.
