Stay away from Allstar managment

Finally, I just fired Allstar Management. General manger Angel Chaney is too sassy to admit her mistake. She cannot manage her staff and vendor to perform; you get lucky if they have mood to respond your email. Not to mention their ads for recruiting tenants is total BS. ONE sentence and ONE picture, just wow...

This lesson costs me one month rent. I am happy to remove this cancer.

Property management is one of the hardest jobs to meet the expectations of everyone involved. Exceeding the expectations of your tenants, contractors, and property owners is tough to do. Have you tried to manage yourself?

If you are in Columbus, Ohio I would recommend talking to @Mitch Deminski or @Donny Thompson
