We have a baby coming in April so we are just going to plant it for a year or so. 

A little rubberized concrete crack caulk and some paint and it will look good as new.Don't leave them unrepaired though depending on your location water may get in and freeze and or plants may root themselves in the cracks and make them worse over time.

Each has their own entrance.Carports only and no grass; he has made the yard low water plants and decortive rock.Inside there are absolutely no issues.

It will also kill plants and any other critters running around the building.

Step 4, texture the repaired areas  and paint to match the rest of the room.

Run this by your attorney:Send a "plant" buyer, with another person, H&W would be good.

(Or maybe you don't want to get sued when kids fall out of the tree...)It might be worth taking the photos you posted to a local garden center... not the one that pops up on the side of Wal-Mart or Home Depot in the summer, but a locally-owned place that has plants, seed, etc year round.  

It is corrosive and not good for lawns/plants so use only what you need.
