It worked for me - happy to report.The problem, as I see it, is selling one side of the coin.

I also know many gifted and talented craftsman who know very little about business infrastructure and compliance - they often fail at running a successful business.I believe that both sides of the coin should exist.  

Researching deals *properly* and thoroughly takes time, and doing it for properties where the chance of a comission is 0% - well, that's just foolish, unless the investor pulling the strings has some coin, and two properties *doesn't* make you a Trump.
