They would sacrifice their lives in many instances rather than deny their faith. ( one other correction- African Americans are welcomed into the Mormon Church in full fellowship with all opportunities available to them, the same as any other people on the face of the Earth) I'm not trying to categorize different prejudices, just stating they exist and MOST groups get over it.

And, that is my income.I even started throwing around August because...it would allow for a buyers surge because of great stock market returns (FAKE), appreciating properties (FAKE), general faith in the economy under our new business bullish president (FAKE), and the number of buyers with returned credit scores after their last loss married to a historic interest rate starting to climb!

Might be missing more of the legal points and ethical point;They don't have a valid sale contract because they entered into the contract without the ability or intent to perform under that contract, they are not dealing in good faith and that contract is voidable.Next, the voidable contract is simply a substitute for a listing agreement, the listing agreement being a contract between the owner and an agent.
