I did replace bathroom and kitchen faucets as well as connectors, replaced ceiling fans, shower heads, wall mounts, tubes and shower faucets, towel bars, paper rings, ... etc.

The phone's ringing with mostly people interested in what I'm all about, so hopefully the motivated sellers start calling!!

My phone was ringing ALL the time.The problem came when I couldn't handle the amount of calls and lead tracking.

Best advice I can give at this point - stop thinking, get mail out the door, and pick up your phone when it rings.
